Privacy on this website
This page covers gardenbabytracker.com and its launch email list. The Garden app will publish its own privacy policy before it launches.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you sign up, with its status (waiting for confirmation, confirmed or unsubscribed) and when each change happened.
- Where the visit came from, if the link you followed had campaign tags (such as utm_source) or came from another website. We keep the tag values and the other site’s domain name, not the full address.
- Which version of the launch offer (the price and terms shown on the page) you saw when you signed up, as a short label.
- Aggregate counts per day and campaign of visits that arrived through a tagged link, signups and confirmations. These contain no addresses.
We don’t collect anything about your baby or your family. This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers.
Your IP address
We use the address your request came from to limit how often a connection can submit the form. It’s held in memory for up to a day and isn’t written to our database. It’s also sent to Cloudflare as part of the security check below.
Who else processes data
- Cloudflare Turnstile runs a short check in your browser when you sign up, to tell people from automated abuse. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum.
- Our email provider receives your address and the message to deliver our confirmation and launch emails, and tells us if an address bounces or reports a message as spam.
- Our hosting provider runs the server that stores the list.
How long we keep it
- An address that isn’t confirmed is deleted within 3 days of signing up, or straight away if you use the unsubscribe link in the confirmation email.
- A confirmed address is kept until you unsubscribe or the launch list is closed.
- After a confirmed address unsubscribes, or if an address bounces or reports spam, we keep it with that status so we don’t email it again. If you’d rather we delete it entirely, write to us.
- Private recovery backups are kept for up to 14 days. A deleted address may remain in a backup until it expires; backups are used only to restore the service.
- Our server logs record pages requested, without email addresses or confirmation links, and keep only the most recent 30 MB or so.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold about your address, write to hello@gardenbabytracker.com.
